Nella sede di Montichiari (BS) di 4.800 mq (grazie all’acquisizione di un nuovo fabbricato da fine 2015 altri 4.000 mq coperti verranno destinati alla produzione), Rudiflex soddisfa le richieste del mercato mondiale producendo oltre 85.000 pezzi all’anno.
Le tipologie di cilindri prodotti vanno da un alesaggio massimo di 400 mm, ad una lunghezza massima di 4000 mm con pressioni massime di 350 Bar. Tutti i cilindri possono venire collaudati ad una pressione massima di 350bar, e punzonati per garantirne la tracciabilità. Il nostro impianto interno di verniciatura interna assicura ogni tipo di colorazione.
Per assicurare un servizio completo al cliente, Rudiflx è specializzata nella produzione e nell‘assemblaggio di tubi idraulici in gomma ed inox, per un vasto range di forme e dimensioni, ed offre un servizio di riparazione e rigenerazione dei per cilindri idraulici di qualsiasi produttore.

Mit insgesamt 4.800 mq in Montichiari (BS) (seit Ende 2015 werden wir auch eine neue Gebäude von 4.000 mq für die Produktion benutzen), Rudiflex herstellt mehr als 85.000 Stücke per Jahr, um die Anfrage von Weltlichemarkt zu befriedigen.
Mit seine Fertigungs- und Prüfeinrichtungen Rudiflex kann zur Zeit Zylinder mit Kolbendurchmesser bis zu 400 mm, Stangendurchmesser bis 4000 mm Druckbereiche bis zu 600 bar realisieren. Alle Zylinder Können bis 350 Bar Druck geprüft und für Rückverfolgbarkeit gestantzt sein, sowie unsere effiziente Lackierungsabteilung jedem Kund immer seine Lieblingsfarbe versichert.
Um den Kunden einen idealen Komplettservice zu sicherstellen, Rudiflx ist also leader in der herstellung und montage von hydraulikschläuche und hydraulischestahlröhre, in meisten verschiedenen Größen,formen undabmessungen. Natürlich bieten wir auch einen umfassenden Wiederaufbereitung und Reparaturservice für allezylinder, unabhängig vomhersteller.

While all the cylinders can be tested to a maximum pressure of 350 bar, and marked to ensure traceability, our painting plant ensures every kind of staining to provide our customer a complete service, Rudiflx is also specialized in manufacturing and assembly of hydraulic hoses and bent steel/inox pipes, for a wide range of shapes and sizes, and offers a repair service and regeneration for hydraulic cylinders from any manufacturer.
