Hose should exit coupling in staight position rather than side loaded. The minimum bend radius must not be exceeded to avoid kinking of hose and flow restric- tion.
Quando il raggio di curvatura scende al di sotto del mi- nimo, occorre impiegare i raccordi angolari per evitare pieghe acute del tubo.
Where the radius falls below the required minimum, an angle adapter should be used to avoid sharp bends in hose.
Il tubo si indebolisce se viene installato in torsione. Inol- tre, la pressione pulsante in un tubo in torsione tende a sollecitare maggiormente il rinforzo ed ad allentare i raccordi. Dare all'insieme una forma tale in modo che i movimenti della macchina producano una curvatura invece che una torsione.
Hose is weakened when installed in twisted position. Also, pressure pulses in twisted hose tend to fatigue wire and loosen fitting connections. Design so that ma- chine motion produces bending rather than torsion.
Evitare il contatto con oggetti che possono causare abrasioni o danneggiare il tubo.
Nelle applicazioni flessibili, prestare particolare atten- zione per evitare stress tensionali o abrasioni
Avoid interference with objects that can cause abra- sion or damage to the hose.
On flexing applications, pay particular attention to avoid tensile stress or abrasion.
